This is great opportunity with a leading data center for a Customer Experience Manager. In this role you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and building brand loyalty. You will build process to guarantee a positive client experience and support our customers to ensure satisfaction with the organization and fully developing the account for our service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills verbal and written. You will also have solid experience in communicating a service offering in a compelling manner and be well versed in software that enables you to build business reviews, audits, compile customer data and make sure all client tickets are resolved in a world class manner that creates loyalty, account penetration and referrals.

You must be a self-directed, confident communicator who can work effectively with customer challenges, request, be able to work with stakeholders, build alliances, partnerships, and be able to work within all divisions of the company to support client request.
